On the surface, it may look like I orchestrate transactions or provide financial guidance. But what I really do is transform capital into sovereignty.

Hi, I'm Ashley 

Born and raised in White Rock, British Columbia, Ashley Goddyn has been shaped by fire — by grit, perseverance, and lived experience. Her wisdom wasn’t learned in theory; it was earned through action, repetition, and the courage to keep showing up.

She possesses a drive and ambition that can’t be silenced.

With every endeavor, Ashley becomes more refined — sharper, wiser, and more valuable to the people she serves. Iron sharpens iron. Her edge is intentional, earned, and deeply purposeful.

Today, Ashley believes she has found her highest calling and the right environment to share her gifts for curating lasting legacy, impact and generational wealth.

Her career story began in 2004, when she purchased a pre-sale condo in Kitsilano, Vancouver.
Three years later, she accidentally made $50,000 on the transaction.
She was just 24 years old, and that moment sealed her fate in real estate.

In 2006, Ashley took a job with a developer selling condos, pre-sale . Within a year, she ventured out on her own as an independent real estate agent, quickly becoming a top producer in the Kerrisdale area.

By 2009, Ashley was married and returned to her hometown of White Rock to start a family.
In 2010 — the same year she became a mother — she and her husband purchased their first rental property, followed by two more that same year.

In 2013, driven by a desire to deeply understand financing and position herself to continue explanding their portfolio. Ashley became a licensed mortgage professional.
 Her natural niche emerged quickly: real estate investors, business owners, and high-earning executives.

By 2016, as traditional lending became more restrictive for investors, Ashley expanded into commercial mortgages, knowing she needed to uncover new pathways forward.
This specialized training gave her the confidence to make her most ambitious move yet.

 In 2017, Ashley independently purchased a $7.2 million apartment building — without joint venture capital, partners, or mentors. She managed 32 units as short-term rentals remotely, acted as the general contractor, oversaw sales, and structured the financing herself.
At that time, she and her husband owned and operated 56 doors of investment real estate.

In early 2022, they acquired a cross-border property in the United States, operating it as a short-term rental while enjoying it personally between stays.

That same year marked a pivotal turning point.

In the summer of 2022, amid one of the most volatile and unprecedented interest rate environments Canada had ever seen, Ashley sensed a fundamental shift in the real estate landscape — one that might be changed forever.

It was in this expericence and circustances that Ashley became obsessed with figuring out how
to optimize, leverage and compound every single dollar and resource available to her advantage and in absolute alignment with her dreams, goals and lifestyle so that her wealth would become Sovern. 

Trusting her intuition, she turned inward, focusing on her own financial house.
 Quietly and deliberately, she began reorienting her portfolio and acquiring the next-level skills she needed to optimize, protect, and preserve what had already been built. 

What followed was a deep sense of peace, clarity and confidence.

Now, in 2026, she is positioned to operate at top levels of wealth creation available in Canada.
